Research, analysis & reporting

 
All the marketing work I do is grounded in data and insights. I've been through qualitative research training and have conducted hundreds of focus groups and interviews.  I'm also a nerd for desk research and enjoy combing through secondary research and syndicated data.
 
I understand the importance of identifying the right metrics for measuring ROI. Working closely with our media and digital teams, I have created custom KPI dashboards for clients based on specific goals. I've also used analytics tools from Google, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Being able to clearly communicate progress to stakeholders and leaders in a key consideration and must be taken into account when developing pieces such as impact, progress and annual reports.

The CalPERS Health Program, Public Affairs and Business Intelligence teams worked together to develop a sample dashboard that would:
  • Provide the Marketing Outreach Consultants with ongoing progress indicators.
  • Give managers updated information to relay to senior management.
  • Allow the cross-functional team to stay on the same page in terms of measuring success.
